Friends sophomore Eliza Harris is this week's IAAM Athlete of the Week.

Nick Gill, head soccer coach for the Quakers, had this to say about Eliza:

"Eliza has scored 14 goals and has seven assist so far this year.  Six of her goals have been game winning goals.  She is a sophomore captain and the engine behind our 10-2 start thus far.  She blends blue collar defending and offensive flair into one dominant package.  She has the ability to take games over defensively as well as offensively and she often does both due to her her non-stop work rate.  Eliza is the hardest working player I've ever coached and will remain a huge name in the Maryland soccer scene for years to come.  Eliza plays club for Freestate's U16 girl's team.  She is the sister of Gilman standout goalie Andrew Harris."
